Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Llano East Cemetery Rose Garden with Brad Huckabee, elder of Harvest Christian Fellowship Churches, and Ronnie Brown, brother, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St.

Susie was born Aug. 20, 1954, in Amarillo to W.E. “Web” and Mary Lou Brown. She graduated from Tascosa High School. Susie was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family. She also helped her husband as a secretary at his Physicians Mutual Insurance Agency. She attended Cowboy Church Arena of Life. Susie was a loving and caring person. She had a special gift of laughter. She was very fond of dogs and cats. Susie was a friend to all, and was always open to the needs of others. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She married Bob Stalker on her birthday
in 1981.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as a stepdaughter, Donna Stalker, in 2011.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Jeremy Stalker of Amarillo; two stepdaughters, Annette Stout of Lake Ozark, Mo., and Lisa Joyce of Phoenix; a stepson, Robert Staler Jr. of Amarillo; and a special grandson, Joseph Stalker.

The family suggests memorials be to Amarillo Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; or Susan G. Komen Foundation.
