John Leach, 62, of Charleston, a former business license director, died Monday, October 2, 2017.  Arrangements by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services' North Charleston Chapel.

John was one of my dearest friends.  It's so so sad to have seen this.

"John, you will always be in my heart. Vance Kelly and I work together and still hang out together. We talk about the good old days we had when you were here.  We stayed up all night just to hang out. It's a sad day for me, my friend, you will be missed and you always were missed. We never got to say good bye my friend. Sad I have to say good bye now."
